Le cadre est sympa et l&rsquo;ambiance tr\u00e8s conviviale avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du club de course \u00e0 pied de Manduel les 3M. Cette ann\u00e9e, le d\u00e9part est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 9h pour \u00e9viter un peu la chaleur comme l&rsquo;an dernier&#8230; Heureuse initiative !<\/p>\n<p>Justement, avec l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de l&rsquo;an dernier, je sais que le parcours est exigeant, plat mais fait de relance et sans ombre. Je pars \u00e0 15km\/h et trouve rapidement ma place dans un groupe \u00e0 cette allure. Les kms passant, je maintiens mon allure et me retrouve rapidement seul.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Au km7, \u00e7a devient dur. Difficile de tenir ce rythme quand on est isol\u00e9, d\u00e9sormais je g\u00e8re pour rallier l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e vu que les coureurs devant sont trop loin.<\/p>\n<p>Je finis 14\u00e8me et 2\u00e8me de la cat\u00e9gorie. Pas mal car le podium ici est bien dot\u00e9. Bi\u00e8re gratuite et rock&rsquo;n roll \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, \u00e7a aussi c&rsquo;est sympa.
