C\u2019est un 16km tr\u00e8s vallonn\u00e9 avec notamment un col au km11 avant de replonger sur le port de Carro. Je pars pied au plancher car mal plac\u00e9 sur la ligne de d\u00e9part (plus de 1000 inscrits) et je trouve un rythme qui me convient jusqu\u2019au pied du col que je fais au courage.
