Du coup, je fais le duo avec G\u00e9rald en mode tranquille. Lui r\u00e9cup\u00e8re de son trail de Serre Chevalier, moi toujours en r\u00e9cup de mon souci au mollet.<\/p>\n<p>Nous partons ensemble avec l&rsquo;autre duo de Caissargues compos\u00e9 par Andr\u00e9 et Christophe. L&rsquo;allure est tr\u00e8s raisonnable pendant 3km mais \u00e0 force de d\u00e9passement d&rsquo;autres coureurs, nous finissons par nous prendre au jeu et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rons petit \u00e0 petit. Nous reprenons pas mal de concurrents sur ce trac\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement joueur.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9rald est en jambes et moi je prends confiance au fil des kms.
