Pour moi, \u00e7a sera sur le 14km avec parcours s\u00e9lectif, plein de relances, mais roulant. Normalement, c&rsquo;est mon terrain pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pas trop chaud cet apr\u00e8s-midi, les conditions sont bonnes. je pars sur un bon rythme mais en g\u00e9rant quand m\u00eame. Mon pote S\u00e9bastien fait la course avec moi, il va me soutenir surtout quand \u00e7a va devenir dur vers le km8 (une bonne mont\u00e9e). Le D+ est de 314 m\u00e8tres ce qui peut expliquer cette moyenne un peu faiblarde. Au classement, je fais 9\u00e8me\/166 et 4\u00e8me M2.
