Avec Cyril, on d\u00e9cide quand m\u00eame d&rsquo;essayer de remonter le peloton, nous sommes environ au 20\u00e8me rang au moment du d\u00e9part. Les 2 premiers kilom\u00e8tres jusqu&rsquo;aux ar\u00e8nes seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 slalomer entre les coureurs pour remonter. On y laisse du temps et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le passage aux ar\u00e8nes, c&rsquo;est plus fluide, je peux enfin trouver un rythme de course mais trop tard pour bien figurer.
