Cette ann\u00e9e, le long fait 22km, parcours \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9part en commun avec le 10km, je fais la premi\u00e8re boucle en g\u00e9rant, surtout le vent de face au retour.<\/p>\n<p>Seconde boucle, on m&rsquo;annonce 20\u00e8me, pas top. Le niveau est beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e. Je reprends quelques coureurs, d&rsquo;autres me passent.
